The Beehive is an Exotic-tier upgrader that was added in the April 2016 Updates.
It requires a Large Conveyor Ramp or similar item that can get ore to the Way-Up-High elevation to get ores to the upgrader. It is best to place this upgrader at the beginning of your usage-limit upgraders, as the extra $10,000 that is added can lead to slightly higher ore value when multiplied by other upgraders.
The Beehive, if used before, can boost the multiplier of the Deluxe Beehive and the Honeycomb Cake.
